Listings are the bridge between your Flxpoint products and the items displayed on your sales channels (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify). You can create, publish, update, and manage every listing directly from Catalog → Listings section of your dashboard. For bulk creation, you can still start from Catalog → Products.
🔍 What is a Listing?
A listing in Flxpoint represents a connection between a product and a channel-specific item. Each listing carries its own status, inventory, price, and content rules so you can merchandise differently per marketplace or web store.

Once created, listings can:
- Sync price and quantity on an hourly schedule (or faster if your plan allows)
- Be linked to existing channel items via SKU, UPC, or manual selection
- Leverage Update Listings to keep pricing and inventory fresh while preserving any channel-side merchandising
- Track Created At, Updated At, and last Content / Price / Quantity Sync timestamps for easy auditing
🛠️ How-to Guides
A. Create Listings (bulk)
To build listings from multiple products:
- Navigate to Catalog → Products
- Select one or more products using the checkboxes
- Click Actions → Create Listings
- Choose the target sales channels (you can select several)
- Click Create Listings
✅ The job begins immediately, and each record appears in Status = Listing Building on the Listings grid.
B. Publish Listings
Publishing pushes listing content to the selected channel.
- Open Catalog → Listings
- (Optional) Use the channel dropdown in the toolbar to filter to a single marketplace or web store
- Select the listings you want to publish
- Click Actions → Change Listing Status → Publish
- Confirm the action
✅ Listings move to Publishing and then to Published.
C. Update Listings (non-destructive)
Need to refresh price, quantity, or selected attributes without overwriting custom titles/descriptions? Use the new Update Listings action:
- Stay in Catalog → Listings and select your records
- Click Actions → Update Listings
- Choose which data points to refresh (Price, Quantity, Images, etc.)
- Run the update
✅ Only the selected fields are touched—your channel-side edits remain intact.
D. Cancel a Listing Build
If you need to stop a build job:
- Locate the row with Status = Listing Building
- Hover over the spinner and click Cancel Job
The batch is immediately halted.
