Filters & Views

Flxpoint’s Filters and Views help you quickly find, segment, and manage data across the Orders, Products, Inventory, and Invoices pages. This documentation explains how filters and views work, when to use them, and how to set them up effectively.

🔍What Are Filters and Views?

Filters are used to narrow down records based on conditions (e.g., status, source, order date). Views allow you to save a custom layout, including filters and visible columns, for quick access later.

These tools improve efficiency by:

  • Reducing clutter from large data sets
  • Allowing fast access to saved searches
  • Supporting bulk actions on filtered results
