Managing your product listings effectively requires a clear understanding of the various statuses that indicate their current state. Below is a detailed explanation of each status, helping you keep track of your products and address any issues promptly
 




Understanding and monitoring your product listing statuses is essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date listings across your channels. By staying informed about each status and addressing any issues that arise, you can ensure your products are always properly represented, leading to smoother operations and better customer experiences.

 

How to Publish Listings in Flxpoint

Publishing listings in Flxpoint ensures that your products are visible across your connected sales channels. Here’s how to manually publish listings:
 

Steps to Publish Listings:
 

  1. Go to the Products Section: From your Flxpoint sidebar, navigate to the Product tab.
     
  2. Select the Listings to Publish: Check the boxes next to the products you want to publish. You can select multiple listings if needed.
     
  3. Click on "Publish Listings": At the top of the screen, click the three dots and click on Change Listing Status and select Publish Listings to start the publishing process.
     
  4. Review the Status: Once the process is complete, check that the status of your products has updated to Published. If there are any errors, review the status for more details.

Changing Listing Status:

Listings in Flxpoint have several statuses like Pause, Delist, and Hide. Changing the status to Published indicates that the product is available for sale on your connected channels. Follow the steps above to manually change the status to published.
