In Flxpoint, managing inventory efficiently is critical to maintaining accurate stock levels across all channels. This document provides a detailed guide on how to find and effectively utilize the Inventory Exclusion List. The Inventory Exclusion List allows you to exclude specific products or inventory items from syncing to your sales channels, ensuring better control over your available stock. Whether you're handling seasonal items, out-of-stock products, or items you wish to withhold from certain channels, this guide will help you navigate and apply exclusions to optimize your inventory management.
How to View the Inventory Exclusion List
The Inventory Exclusion List can be accessed within the Inventory settings. This list allows you to manage items excluded from being synced with your sales channels, ensuring only the relevant products are updated in your inventory feed.
How to Add SKUs to the Inventory Exclusion List
You can easily add specific SKUs to the Inventory Exclusion List to prevent them from syncing with your sales channels. This feature gives you greater control over which items should be excluded from inventory updates, helping you manage your stock more efficiently across multiple platforms
1. Enter the Inventory Tab over the sidebar
2. Select the products you want to add to the list
3. Click Delete
4. You need to check the box at the top to add the SKU's to the exclusion list
5. Click Delete Items
How to Remove SKUs to the Inventory Exclusion List
Removing SKUs from the Inventory Exclusion List ensures that these products are no longer excluded from inventory syncs and can be updated across your sales channels. This allows you to reintroduce certain products back into your active inventory management when needed.
1. Click Settings
2. Click the Inventory tab
3. Click Manage List
4. In the top right, you can filter the SKU's by source
5. Select the SKUs you want to remove from the list
6. Click Remove From List
