Go to Connections > Fulfillment Sources in Flxpoint.

Click +Add Source, name it (e.g., Ingram Micro US or Ingram Micro Canada), then Save.

In the FLX Supplier Directory, select either Ingram Micro US or Ingram Micro Canada, then click Continue.

Enter your FTP User, FTP Password, and FTP Host (e.g.,
mercury.ingrammicro.comfor US) along with the required FTP Port (typically 21). -
Click Continue, then Save Connection to finalize setup.
