How to Connect

Step 1: Log into your Flxpoint account and navigate to the Connections tab, then select Fulfillment Sources.
Step 2: Under the Sources section, click on + Add Source to begin creating a new source for your Morris Costumes connection.
Step 3: In the Create Source popup, enter the source name as "Morris Costumes" and select the appropriate type from the dropdown. Click Save.
Step 4: After saving, you’ll see a message: "You have not created any integrations yet." Click Get Started to set up the integration.

Step 5: In the Setup Integrations popup, select Flx Supplier Directory (recommended) to proceed with Morris Costumes integration.
Step 6: In the Let's Find Your Supplier popup, search for "Morris Costumes (BETA)" in the Search Suppliers field. Select Morris Costumes (BETA) from the list and click Select.
Step 7: In the Confirm Your Relationship With Supplier popup, check the box to confirm that you have a reseller account with Morris Costumes (BETA). Click Continue.
Step 8: In the Authenticate With Supplier popup, enter the following details provided by Morris Costumes (BETA):
Username
Password
Port
SFTP URL
Once these credentials are entered, click Continue.
Step 9: In the Master SKU section, set up your SKU mapping (Inventory SKU → Master SKU → Listing SKU). Optionally, set an SKU prefix if needed. Click Save to complete the setup.

Overview:
This integration retrieves the latest data from Complete Medical Supplies, ensuring that your product listings are always current. It covers:
Inventory: Up-to-date stock levels so you can avoid overselling.
Pricing: Current pricing details to keep your offers competitive.
Quantity: Accurate available quantities reflecting real-time availability.

1) Connect Integration
In your Fulfillment Sources, select Complete Medical Supplies and enable the inventory retrieval option. This establishes a secure connection so your system can download the complete inventory feed – including pricing and quantity data.
Authentication Details: Provide the following credentials to connect via FTP:
FTP Username: Enter your FTP username (required).
FTP Password: Enter your FTP password (required).
FTP Port: Set to 21 (default for FTP).
FTP Host: Use ftp.completemedical.com.
API Token (Admin Users Only): If required, click "Grant Access" to generate an API token for secure access.

2) Configure Settings
Inbound Remote File Folder: Specify the folder where the inventory file is stored (e.g., leave blank if at the root, or specify a path like “/inventory”).
Remote File Name Pattern: Define the naming convention for the inventory file (e.g., “ItemExport*” to match files starting with “ItemExport”).
Master SKU Configuration: Set the Master SKU to apply to all inventory for this supplier after the next Get Inventory job. Choose the prefix (e.g., “ABC-”) and the field to use as the Master SKU (e.g., “Inventory SKU”).

Add Additional Order Fees: Enable to include fixed or tiered fees in lowest cost order routing.
Allow Backorders: Enable to allow variants to be fulfilled/routed regardless of whether they are in stock.
Automation Settings:
Automatically Create Listings: Enable to auto-create listings from the inventory data.
Override Global Settings for This Source: Enable to prioritize source-specific settings over global ones.
Auto Process Fulfillment Requests: Enable to send fulfillment requests directly to the "Processing" status, making them visible in the API or flagged for processing via an integration.
Advanced Settings:
Enable Automatic FFL Information Validation: Enable to validate FFL information when available.
Compliance with Amazon Business Solutions Agreement: Enable to confirm compliance with the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement.

3) Manage Mapping
Align the source fields from Complete Medical Supplies with your local fields in the "Manage Mapping" section. The mapping interface displays the From Value (source) on the left and the corresponding To Inventory Field on the right.

4) Automate or Run Manually
Enable Automatic Sync to have your system periodically update inventory, pricing, and quantity data.
Alternatively, use the “Run Sync” button to update your records on demand.
Additional Options:
View Sync Logs: Check the sync history for details on past updates.
Adjust Schedule: Modify the frequency of automatic syncs.
Integration Settings: Fine-tune integration-specific settings.
Manage Mapping: Revisit and adjust field mappings as needed.
Remove Connection: Disconnect the integration if no longer needed (note: this action is permanent with no undo).
 
 


 

Order Operations

It submits orders to vendors for fulfillment and subsequently imports the shipment details, ensuring an integration between order processing and shipment tracking.    
 

Send Orders

Overview:
Use this section to send your orders to Complete Medical Supplies for fulfillment. You can configure the connection, define settings like where to place order files, and control whether orders send automatically or only when you run the process manually.

1) Connect Integration
In your Fulfillment Sources, select Complete Medical Supplies and enable the Send Orders option. This creates an active connection under “Fulfillment Requests,” ensuring your system can transmit orders to the supplier.
If required, enter any necessary credentials or remote file path details (for example, /order), so that order data is placed in the correct location.

2) Configure Settings
In the “Send Orders” panel, you can toggle Automatically Send Orders on or off. When enabled, new orders will be transmitted to Complete Medical Supplies without needing manual intervention.
Outbound Remote File Folder is required; for instance, “/order.” This defines where the order file will be sent.

3) Manage Mapping
In the “Manage Mapping” area, you’ll see each field from your system on the left, and the corresponding Complete Medical Supplies field on the right. You can enable or disable each mapping, ensuring only the fields you want are sent.
For example, Address Line 1 might map to Complete Medical Supplies Address : Ship Address 1, and Fulfillment Request Number might map to Complete Medical Supplies Order : Order Id #.
Additionally, Sent At can map to Purchase Date so that Complete Medical Supplies sees when the order was created.
Once you save, the system will remember your preferences for each field.

4) Automate or Run Manually
If Automatically Send Orders is on, new orders will flow to Complete Medical Supplies as soon as they’re created (or on your chosen schedule).
Otherwise, you can click “Run Integration” to send any pending orders manually. Check the “Recent Notifications” section to confirm successful transmissions.

Finishing Up & Troubleshooting:
After your first test, verify that Complete Medical Supplies received the order and that the fields match your mapping choices. If anything is off, revisit the mapping to ensure each field is paired correctly. Confirm that your remote file path and connection settings are accurate. With the correct setup, your orders will flow seamlessly for fulfillment.

Get Shipments - Complete Medical Supplies

Overview:
This process retrieves shipment details from Complete Medical Supplies. Once configured, it can automatically pull shipment updates, including carrier, tracking number, and item quantities, into your system.

1) Connect Integration
In your Fulfillment Sources, select Complete Medical Supplies and activate the Get Shipments option. This ensures your system can retrieve shipment information.
If prompted, provide any required credentials or connection details so the system can locate and download shipment files.

2) Configure Settings
In the “Get Shipments” panel, you can toggle Automatically Get Shipments on or off. When enabled, the system regularly checks for new or updated shipments.
Inbound Remote File Folder specifies where your shipment files are located (e.g., /shipments).
Download Files Modified in the Last X days determines how far back the system looks for shipments. For example, if set to “5,” it will retrieve files updated within the past five days.

3) Manage Mapping
In “Manage Mapping,” you’ll see each available shipment field from Complete Medical Supplies on the left, and your local shipment fields on the right. Enable or disable the mappings as needed.

4) Automate or Run Manually
