Request an Integration
In cases where the supplier does not have a pre-built Etilize integration in Flxpoint, you can request one. The Supplier Directory includes a "Request" button next to suppliers without a current integration. This request will be reviewed by our team and developed based on demand from our users. If the integration isn't included in the Supplier Directory, depending on the supplier, you may be able to integrate in another way while the integration is added. You can consider manual file upload if necessary.

Connect Etilize After Your Agreement
Goal: Enable Etilize-powered product data for supported suppliers in your Flxpoint account.
Scenario: Your company has an active Etilize contract and an agreement number (e.g., SP-12345), and you want to turn on a supplier integration that uses Etilize.
Steps:
- Confirm you have an active commercial agreement with Etilize (third-party) and your Etilize Agreement Number in the format
SP-12345
. - Send your agreement number to Flxpoint (Implementation/Support) and request Etilize validation.
- Flxpoint validates the number with Etilize. You’ll receive confirmation once validation succeeds.
- In the Integrations Directory, select the supplier integration that explicitly states “with Etilize” (for example, “Petra with Etilize”).
- Complete the remaining connection settings for that supplier and run a test import to verify product data.
Â
Use a Supplier With or Without Etilize
Goal: Decide whether to enable the Etilize-enhanced version of a supplier.
- Open the Integrations Directory and search your supplier.
- If the supplier offers two options (e.g., “Supplier” and “Supplier with Etilize”), choose the one that matches your contract status:
- With Etilize → Requires a validated Etilize agreement number.
- Without Etilize → No Etilize agreement required; standard catalog only.
- Proceed with setup as prompted.

🔍 Explanation
Â
What Is Etilize and Why Is There a Separate Agreement?
Etilize is a third-party provider of enriched product content (attributes, specs, and media) used by certain suppliers. Because Etilize licenses content independently, customers must have a direct agreement with Etilize to enable “with Etilize” integrations in Flxpoint. Your agreement number (e.g., SP-12345
) lets Flxpoint confirm eligibility with Etilize before activation.
Â
How Validation Works
- You provide your agreement number and company details to Flxpoint.
- Flxpoint verifies the number with Etilize.
- Once confirmed, Flxpoint enables the “with Etilize” integration(s) you select.
Â
Best Practices
- Keep your Etilize contract current; renew before expiration to avoid disruption.
- Use the exact agreement number format SP-##### when submitting.
- Test imports with a small set of SKUs to confirm data quality before scaling.
