Listings in Flxpoint are essentially connections between your products and the external items on your sales channels. Once you create a listing, you can then link it to the corresponding external item on that channel.
- Publishing or overwriting allows you to either create a new listing or update an existing one with new product content.
- Linking connects your listing to an external item on your sales channel, ensuring it’s properly associated.
- Syncing enables automatic updates for pricing and/or inventory quantities.
How to Create Listings
To create listings from your Inventory:
- Navigate to your Products on the left sidebar
- Click the checkbox next to each inventory items you would like to create a listing for
- Click Create Listings
- Select desired channels
- Click Create Listings to complete
How to Publish Listings in Flxpoint
Publishing listings in Flxpoint ensures that your products are visible across your connected sales channels. Here’s how to manually publish listings:
Steps to Publish Listings:

Go to the Products Section: From your Flxpoint sidebar, navigate to the Product tab.

Select the Listings to Publish: Check the boxes next to the products you want to publish. You can select multiple listings if needed.

Click on "Publish Listings": At the top of the screen, click the three dots and click on Change Listing Status and select Publish Listings to start the publishing process.

Review the Status: Once the process is complete, check that the status of your products has updated to Published. If there are any errors, review the status for more details.
Changing Listing Status:
Listings in Flxpoint have several statuses like Pause, Delist, and Hide. Changing the status to Published indicates that the product is available for sale on your connected channels. Follow the steps above to manually change the status to published.
Cancelling the Listings Creator
In order to cancel the listings' creator process, please hover over the Listing Building status notification and click the red 'Cancel Job'.
