Automatically Create Listings
 

The Automatically Create Listings section allows you to streamline your workflow by converting incoming inventory into product listings automatically. These listings are then moved to the Products section within the app for further management.

When enabling this feature:

1. Toggle the switch to activate automatic creation.
2. Select the sales channels (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce) where the listings should be created.
3. Note that any channels not fully set up will appear greyed out and unavailable until the integration process is complete.

This feature is particularly useful for businesses that want to save time by automating the listing creation process across multiple sales channels.

Automatically Publish Listings

If you enable this feature, newly created listings will automatically be added to the publishing queue for your sales channel as new items. 

Note: Auto-publish does not run a publish job automatically. You will need to schedule a publish job to process the queued listings.

Steps to Enable Auto-Publish:

1. Click the toggle to enable.
2. Select Confirm on the pop-up to complete.

Important Notes:

• Listings are added to the publish queue but will not be published automatically unless a publish job is scheduled.
• If you want full automation, ensure you create and schedule a Publish Listings Job in Flxpoint.
• If no publish job is scheduled, the listings will remain in the queue and will not appear on your sales channel.

No, the feature queues the listings for publishing. You must schedule a publish job to process the queue.

What happens if I don’t schedule a publish job?
The listings will remain in the queue and will not be published until a job is created and run.
