TD SYNNEX with Etilize as a Source operates in the technology distribution and product content management industry. How To Connect

In Flxpoint, go to Connections > Fulfillment Sources.

Click +Add Source, give it a name (e.g., TD Synnex US With Etilize or TD Synnex Canada With Etilize), then Save.

Select either TD Synnex US With Etilize or TD Synnex Canada With Etilize in the FLX Supplier Directory, then click Continue.

Provide your FTP User, FTP Password, FTP Host, etc. (e.g.,
ftp.synnex.comorftp.synnex.ca). -
On the Confirm Your Relationship With Supplier screen, choose your Etilize Package (e.g. SpexBasic, SpexFLX, or SpexFLX with images Add-on) and enter your Etilize Agreement Number. Acknowledge you have a reseller account to gain access to product data and electronic ordering.

Click Continue, then Save Connection. Flxpoint will contact Etilize to finalize the integration.
Product Operations
Here, TDSynnex inventory data (including pricing & quantity) is combined with Etilize product content. This allows you to enrich your listings with more detailed attributes while still syncing TDSynnex real-time availability.

Yes, TDSynnex US/CA with Etilize is supported for inventory!
This integration merges TDSynnex’s real-time stock and cost data with Etilize content (images, attributes, marketing descriptions, etc.).
- Images can be sourced from Etilize, since TDSynnex itself does not provide images.
- All TDSynnex warehouses can be summed up to get a total quantity.
- Etilize product attributes (dimensions, bullet features, etc.) can map into your product fields, while cost/quantity always come from TDSynnex.
Setup Steps:
- Enable Etilize on your account.
- Map Etilize fields to your desired product attributes.
- Select TDSynnex (US or CA) to feed cost and quantity.
You’ll then see integrated data in your catalog, updated automatically on each run.
Order Operations
Just like the non-Etilize setup, you can still send orders to TDSynnex and retrieve shipments. Etilize simply affects product data, not how your orders flow.

TDSynnex with Etilize still uses the same Send Orders process!
Provide your TDSynnex credentials, pick US or CA, and your orders flow to TDSynnex. Etilize does not affect the fulfillment workflow—only product content.
Troubleshooting
- If you see “null response” or “authentication error,” confirm your TDSynnex credentials and test again.
- Watch for rate-limit errors if requests are too frequent.
- IP Whitelisting: TDSynnex often requires whitelisting Flxpoint’s IP addresses for your specific account. Contact TDSynnex to confirm your IP addresses have been added.
- Shipping Fields in Mapping: The default Send FR template doesn’t include all shipping fields. Make sure you manually add them if your shipments need those details.
Get Shipments
Yes, retrieving shipments works exactly as in the non-Etilize scenario.
Etilize is purely for enhanced product data. Shipment tracking remains the same TDSynnex integration.
