User scheduled jobs are any jobs that are manually started by a user. These jobs run in the background so you can continue working while processing completes.

Common user scheduled jobs include:

• Customizations
• Product and Listing Builder jobs
• Order exports
• Manually run integration jobs, such as Sync Listings

Where Do I Find It?

You can view User Scheduled Jobs from anywhere in the app:

• Look to the top right corner of your screen
• Click the lightning bolt icon next to the notification bell
• The User Scheduled Jobs dropdown will expand

How Can I Use It?

The dropdown is divided into two sections that help you monitor and manage your work without leaving your current task.

In Progress

Shows all manually run jobs that are scheduled or currently running.

Use this view to quickly confirm a job has started without navigating away from your workflow.

Within this section, you can:

• View in-progress and recently completed jobs (up to 72 hours)
• See which user scheduled each job
• Track live progress and status (when available)
• Cancel jobs

Here is what each item in this section means:

Status

• Scheduled → Job has been scheduled and will start shortly
• Running → Job is currently running

Time Taken

• The amount of time since the job was scheduled

Progress

• Indicates how the job is progressing
• Note: If the job uses a manual file or is an export, this may display as Not Available

Estimated Time Remaining

• The estimated time until job completion
• Note: If the job uses a manual file or is an export, this may display as Not Available

Scheduled By

• The user who started the job

Recently Completed

Displays all user scheduled jobs that finished within the last 72 hours.

Use this section to quickly review results and confirm completion without checking logs or navigating multiple pages.

Here is what each item in this section means:

Status

• Completed (green) → Job completed successfully
• Completed (yellow) → Job completed with errors
• Canceled → Job was canceled by a user
• Failed → Job failed to start; try again or contact FLX Support

Results

• A link to the job log is available when a job completes
• Results are disabled if the job is canceled or failed
• Hover over the Results button to see additional job details
