Delisting and Managing Listings

Manage every listing’s status in Catalog → Listings—hide, pause, delist, or re-publish—so your sales channels stay accurate while historical data remains intact.

🔍 What Is Delisting?

Yes, delisting removes an item from your sales channel while keeping its listing record inside Flxpoint. This lets you re‑activate, audit, or report on the listing later—without rebuilding it from scratch. Alongside delisting, you can hide, pause, or re‑publish listings to manage seasonality, channel rules, or inventory shortages—all from Catalog → Listings.

Key benefits of this lifecycle approach:

  • Prevent channel discrepancies by always delisting before deleting.
  • Preserve historical data for reporting and fast re‑activation.
  • Granular control per channel via the channel dropdown and Quick Filters.

🛠️ How‑to Guides

A. Delist Listings

  1. Open Catalog → Listings.
  2. Use the channel dropdown or Quick Filters (e.g., Published) to narrow your view.
  3. Select one or more listings.
  4. Click Actions → Change Status → Delisted.
  5. Confirm. Listings move to Delisted; they stay in Flxpoint for future use.

B. Hide / Unhide Listings

  1. Select listings in the grid.
  2. Actions → Change Status → Hidden (or Unhidden).
  3. The item’s visibility toggles on the channel without changing inventory sync.

C. Pause / Unpause Listings

  1. Select listings.
  2. Actions → Change Status → Paused.
  3. Inventory & price sync stop while content remains live. Choose Unpause to resume.

D. Re‑publish Listings

  1. Filter to Delisted, Hidden, or Paused records.
  2. Select listings → Actions → Change Status → Published.
  3. Listings return to live status and resume syncing.
