Flxpoint lets you create individual logins for everyone on your team. There is no hard limit to the number of user accounts you can add—your subscription simply adjusts to the total number of active users.
User Roles
Role | Access Level |
---|---|
Primary User | Full access to all features and the ability to add, edit, or archive other users. Only one primary user is allowed per account. |
Admin | Full access to all features but cannot manage other users. |
Support Specialist | Can work with products, orders, fulfillment requests, and other operational pages. Cannot change key settings or workflows. |
Read-Only | Can view all pages but cannot make changes. |
Need to change the Primary User?
Email support@flxpoint.com with the name and email of the new primary user.
Managing Users
Only the primary user can add, edit, archive, or reactivate other users.
3.1 Add a New User
- Click the Settings gear in the lower-left corner.
- Select Users.
- Click Add User.
- Enter the user’s email address.
- Click Add User to send the invitation.
A registration email is sent automatically. The link is valid for 2 hours. If it expires, resend the invitation from the same screen.
3.2 Edit or Archive a User
- Settings → Users.
- Click the user you want to update.
- Edit the name, email, role, or change Status to Archived.
- Click Update User.
Archived users lose access immediately and do not count toward active user seats.
3.3 Reactivate an Archived User
- Settings → Users.
- Click the Archived tab to view archived users.
- Select the user.
- Switch Status to Active and click Update User.
