A. How to Add a New Shipping Method

  1. Go to Connections → Fulfillment Sources → [Your Source] → Shipping Methods.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Connections → Fulfillment Sources → Your Supplier → Shipping Methods.
  2. Ensure a method exists with Name: "UPS Ground Shipping", Default Method Code: ups_ground, and Assigned Shipping Policy: "Standard Shipping".
  3. Import the order and check if the Shipping Policy is applied correctly.
  4. If a “No Shipping Policy Found” error appears, add or update the method and reprocess the order.
